Review of the Week: Mega Man #39

Really not a lot happens in this issue. There is some solid action, but not much plot. Basically Mega Man is fighting the Wily Walker in his time, and X, Zero, Vile, and even Sigma fight in in their time, while trying to make sure the chemical weapons on it don't spill out. Then X encounters the time traveling Xander Payne, has him arrested for obviously being a member of the anti robot terrorist group the Emerald Spears, and then Xander shifts out of X's time, bouncing around the time stream some more.

So far we're three quarters done with this crossover and there isn't much crossover going on. It's not a bad story, but like I said, it barely qualifies as a crossover. But that being said, it was a damn fun read, the action was a blast and there were some good character moments with pretty much everybody involved. All and all this is probably the most enjoyable comic on the shelves today, and if you're not reading it you're missing out.
